What have you learned from the testimony?

NAMFISA was established by Act
3 of 2001, to regulate and supervise
financial institutions.
NAMFISA ensure that the
consumers of financial service and
product are well informed about their
rights and responsibility and that they
are at least know where to go, should
they need assistance in that regards.
Their well-being is our concern.
NAMFISA staff act to all complaints
lodge by consumers through our
complaints department. We follow
up with the consumers should a need
arise.
