Graduate Development Programme

NAMFISA as an equal opportunity employer that seeks to source, develop and accelerate top Namibian graduates from accredited institutions of higher learning to join the Graduate Development Programme in September 2025.
The programme endeavours to provide 3 (three) graduates with an exciting opportunity over a 1-year employment agreement with an option for renewal, equipping them with skills needed within the Pension Funds and Friendly Societies Division.
Furthermore, the programme aims to develop high performing graduates into critical roles and diversify the pool of human capital for the national and international labour market. The scope of the programme will include rotational assignments within the Pension Funds and Friendly Societies Division with an appointed coach to support, mentor and supervise the graduate. Learning experiences will take on a combination of on-the-job training, formal training and professional development.
