When lodging a complaint <\/h5><\/div>
Ensure that you have a valid complaint by checking with the NAMFISA Complaints Department on 061 290 5134 or email complaintsdept@namfisa.com.na<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t
  • <\/span>A complaint may be lodged at NAMFISA in English or in any local language of choice by a complainant or by an authorized representative.<\/li>
  • <\/span>It is advisable to first lodge your complaint in writing with the financial institution concerned. If not satisfied with the response, you can contact NAMFISA.<\/li>
  • <\/span>Keep copies of all relevant documentation to send with the complaint for record purposes.<\/li>
  • <\/span>Keep copies of all correspondences between you and the financial institution.<\/li>
  • <\/span>Do not submit original documents unless you are required to do so.<\/li>
  • <\/span>Record names, dates, contact details, and valuable information. This makes the investigation easier and faster to conclude.<\/li>
  • <\/span>If you lodge your complaint via telephone, always follow up the call with a letter.<\/li>
  • <\/span>Back up your claim in writing as far as possible.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
