    1. How important has financial literacy been in your life? How much has it contributed to your business success?<\/h5><\/div>
    I did not benefit from formal schooling or tertiary education. Instead, I learned sound financial management through life experience \u2014 what I call the School of Life.\n\nToday, financial literacy is accessible to many. There are good learning institutions and business schools offering solid financial education.\n\nIn my businesses, I\u2019m fortunate to employ managers with strong financial expertise. You cannot run a business efficiently without financially literate people.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. What were the first financial services you explored when starting your business? How has this changed today?<\/h5><\/div>
    When I began, I didn\u2019t even have the benefit of banking services as they are known today.\n\nNow, everything has changed. There\u2019s a wide range of financial services available, especially for those with viable and sustainable business ideas.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3. How crucial is financial literacy in Namibia today?<\/h5><\/div>
    Financial literacy is essential. You cannot manage a business efficiently without people who understand finance. It\u2019s a core skill every business leader or entrepreneur needs to prioritise.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4. Do you contribute to a pension fund? Do you monitor its growth?<\/h5><\/div>
    No, I\u2019ve grown my businesses to a level where a pension fund is no longer necessary for me personally.\n\nHowever, I strongly advise others\u2014especially employees and young professionals\u2014to contribute to pension funds. They provide long-term financial security when you can no longer work.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
