As the regulatory and supervisory body of Namibia’s non-bank financial institutions, NAMFISA aims to empower ordinary Namibians with knowledge about financial matters so that they can improve their financial lives. Our Consumer Education initiatives raise awareness of your responsibilities and rights regarding services and products offered by various financial institutions, and handles complaints when these rights are violated. Using different mediums, we reach Namibians of diverse backgrounds, languages and incomes thereby creating a safe guard around the nation’s wealth.
